As a coach he applies thatl drive to encourage the best out his athletes. "Over the last few years I’ve grown to embrace what this community has to offer. I’ve realized that all the coaches have such a positive impact on my life and I want to be able to give that back to the community."

As he says, "get busy living or get busy dying." Through his personal experience with CrossFit, "CFE became a really important and positive part of my day and routine. I love to help foster that with others."

MIKE HAGOPIAN
COACH
Mike's CrossFit journey goes way back to 2011, long before CFE even existed. Mike is a model of what consistency, hard work and the right attitude can achieve in and out of the gym. He’s really good at having lots of daughters and too many dogs, but till finds time to get his fitness in, often at 4:30am... After a car accident in 2014 held Mike back from his fitness, he now has a far greater appreciation for movement and function, and carries that passion to "help members achieve their fitness goals."
